The Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa (IWMSA) invited participants to join them for the ISWA2024 Conference in Cape Town, South Africa, from 15 to 18 September 2024, which took place for the first time on African soil. Attendees experienced Cape Town, South Africa’s beauty, culture, and vibrance. The conference aimed to establish a lasting legacy by catalyzing the transformation of Africa's abundant resources from waste to wealth, paving the way for sustainable solutions.
