The seminar featured three panel discussions on the implementation of CMM legislation in Ukraine, legal definitions of CMM-based energy, and policy options for supporting CMM projects. Speakers at the event included representatives from state and national governments in Ukraine, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, NGOs, and the private sector. Interpretation was provided for each panel discussion.
