Results and Outcomes
Funding will provide training for the Ukrainian team members on landfill gas operations and to conduct site visits to operating landfill gas projects in the U.S., including an operating LFG-fired infrared heater. The grantee will identify candidate landfills within Ukraine at which a LFG powered infrared heater project would be feasible and to will conduct the project negotiations. Landfill gas wells and heaters will be installed at the appropriate landfill chosen.
