Type of Organization: University
Description of Services:

Researchers at the University of Lethbridge are studying the biogeochemical cycling of methane in aquatic ecosystems. Researchers aim to understand how human land uses and effluent release amplifying methane emissions from downstream aquatic ecosystems. The university is building a research program to better quantify emissions rates and control mechanisms for aquatic methane fluxes in the Canadian prairies.
