Nouveau Energy Management Services (NEMS) was formed to initiate business mainly for CDM project development in Pakistan. NEMS provides a full range of consultancy and advice on the development of emission reduction projects based on strategic advisory. NEMS provides CDM services and CDM software and are looking to expand its business to develop the first climate change information system for the public sector in order to provide a baseline working scenario for the historic and present data to be able to forecast future greenhouse gas emission reduction needs.
