Description of Project
This grant was awarded to support activities that advance methane recovery and use as a clean energy source in the oil and gas industry in Ecuador through the analysis of gas emissions from marginal oil fields and to conduct the evaluation of potential capture and use projects in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Results and Outcomes
This project supports a proposal to analyze gas emissions from marginal oil fields and evaluate potential capture and use projects. This project will also include training/workshop component.
