- Under this assistance agreement, the Colombian Center for Cleaner Production will develop a guidebook for landfills on how to conduct a pre-feasibility study (PFS) and how to undergo the bidding process for a landfill gas energy project, assist one landfill in completing a bidding process, and conduct a national training workshop for landfills and municipalities on PFS studies and the bidding process.
