- The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) is convening a partnership of U.S. and Brazilian regulators to create a regulatory toolkit that will foster the adoption of landfill methane recovery and use within the Brazilian waste sector. The toolkit will be developed through a participatory process that focuses on the regulatory barriers and incentives to these projects. Activities will include workshops to gather stakeholder input that leads to the development of the final toolkit.
