Description of Services: LI-COR Biosciences manufactures a wide variety of instrumentation for environmental research, including a methane analyzer. This analyzer, the LI-7700 Open Path Methane Analyzer, has been designed for continuous monitoring of ambient methane concentrations at high speeds (up to 40 Hz) with high precision (5 ppb at 10 Hz). The LI-7700 is being used by researchers around the world who are working to better understand the exchange of methane between terrestrial ecosystems and the atmosphere.
